COVID-19 POLICIES

We believe Chinese medicine is incredibly effective and powerful, and we want to help demonstrate its enormous value, particularly in the face of our current health crisis. We have worked hard throughout the entire Covid-19 pandemic to maintain service, and we are proud to say we have done so without interruption. However, we are aware this crisis is not over. We are remaining vigilant and making decisions for our company and staff that will ensure that there will be no interruption of our services throughout the remaining stages and phases of Covid-19.

Below we have listed our policies that we feel are essential to keep in place to protect our community, as well as our staff. We are a group of passionate, service-oriented people that truly care about the well-being of the practitioners and patients we serve. Please know that we are here for you, and we will continue working hard to do our part to contribute to the health and well-being of all those we serve.

No-contact pickups: We have expanded our secure no-contact pickup capacity. Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a pickup and provide you with further instructions.

Suspension of in-store pickups: In light of the recent public and private actions to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, we have decided to suspend in-store pick-ups at our medicinary until further notice.

This temporary policy will be reviewed periodically and adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.

Social distancing and compliance with executive orders: We have worked hard to achieve compliance with all of Oregon Governor Kate Brown's executive orders and we have instituted social distancing policies and procedures consistent with the Oregon Health Authority guidelines. Per Governor Brown’s order, we have identified an enforcement officer within the company, and we remain vigilant in our efforts to provide a sanitary and safe work environment for our staff.
